Power of attorney on registration and re-registration of a legal entity

The attached sample of the power of attorney is in the Russian language. If the sample is used by a resident of a State that is a party to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters (October 7, 2002, Kishinev-Chisinau), it is sufficient to notarize the completed sample so that it is considered valid in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
In other cases (non-application of the Kishinev-Chisinau Convention), an apostille is required.
