New documents in the sphere of construction were adopted

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 07.05.2019 No 381 approved the following documents:

1) Regulation on the order of licensing the activity for development of architectural and urban planning documentation;

2) Regulation on the order of accreditation of legal entities carrying out expertise of construction projects.

Licensing and accreditation services are provided by the Ministry of Construction through the Centers of Public Services or through the Unified portal of public services (my.gov.uz).

The accreditation fee is 20 times of minimum monthly wages (approximately US$480).

The amount of the state duty for the license for the activity for development of architectural and urban planning documentation depends on the type of activity and varies from 20 to 75 times of minimum monthly wages (from US$ 480 to US$ 1800).

The license is issued for an unlimited period, and the accreditation certificate – for 5 years.
