Support of the tourism sector in the Samarkand region

The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-5249 dated 22.09.2021 was adopted, according to which assistance is provided to the tourism sector in the Samarkand region.

In particular, the Fund of Improvement and Welfare of the Samarkand region is allocated a loan of 30 million US dollars for a period of 5 years. At the same time, there will be a grace period for a period of 2 years, at a rate of 3% per annum.

Meanwhile, the responsible executive body for the effective use of credit for appropriate purposes is the Khokimiyat of the Samarkand region.
