The procedure for pre-trial settlement of disputes arising during the state registration of rights to immovable property has been approved.

The Regulation defining the procedure for pre-trial settlement of disputes arising during the state registration of rights to immovable property has been approved.

The regulation was approved by Government Resolution No. 426 dated 29.08.2023.

In accordance with the document, a person, when appealing against the actions or inaction of the responsible employees of the Chamber of State Cadastres during the state registration of rights to immovable property, has the right to apply to the Commission for the Consideration of Disputes arising during the state registration of rights to immovable property, in writing or electronically through the official website of the Chamber of State Cadastres.

The Commission is obliged to consider the appeal within 10 business days from the date of its receipt and make an appropriate decision.

The interested person or his legal representative has the right to participate in the consideration of the appeal.

The interested person has the right to apply to the appeal commission within 2 months from the date of receipt of the decision in case of disagreement with the decision of the Commission. The Appeal Commission considers the appeal within 10 business days.

The interested person may appeal against the decisions of the Commission and the Appeal Commission within the established time limits.
