Investment visa and residence permit in Uzbekistan
In the Republic of Uzbekistan, an investor can obtain a multiple-entry investment visa or residence permit.
A residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (RP) is a document issued to stateless persons or citizens of foreign countries in confirmation of a permanent residence permit for a period of 5 years.

5. | Procedure for obtaining a visa (residence permit) | To obtain an investment visa, the investment company, registered in Uzbekistan, in behalf of the investor abroad submits the required documents to the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (see below).
An investment visa is issued by the consular departments of the embassies of the Republic of Uzbekistan abroad, where the investor is residing. To obtain an investment visa, the investor must complete a standard visa application form and provide his/her national passport. The visa is received upon arrival at international airports in the Republic of Uzbekistan. |
Residence permits are issued by departments and divisions of the Department for Migration and Citizenship under the Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. | The regulatory act on the procedure of the golden visa has not been adopted yet. |
