Thus, a change was made that in the contracts of budgetary organizations and recipients of budgetary funds for the purchase of goods (works, services) in the amount of up to one billion soums (1 billion), an advance payment of 30 percent is provided. It is also noted that this procedure does not apply to the goods (works, services) specified below.
