Azizov & Partners contributed to the Legal Digest Antitrust Regulation / March–April 2026

The firm Azizov & Partners, together with colleagues from ADVANT Beiten, has prepared an overview of recent developments and key practices in the field of antitrust regulation in Uzbekistan for publication on the Lexology platform as part of the Legal Digest Antitrust Regulation / March–April 2026.

The publication covers recent measures taken by the Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection, including an investigation into excessive propane pricing, the introduction of new econometric methods for market analysis (VAR model), as well as issues related to holding businesses liable for violations of advertising legislation.
