According to the Decree of the President dated 9.11.2022 № PP-417 “About ensuring inviolability of property rights of individual entrepreneurs in the export of horticultural products and making changes and additions to some decisions of the President and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan in this regard” from November 10, 2022 individual entrepreneurs have the right to export horticultural products without advance payment, opening a credit, bank guarantees and the availability of the policy of insurance
