Unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship will be implemented

Until 01.12.2023, a system of a Unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship will be developed and put into test mode.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 385 came into force on 15.08.2023, which approved the Regulation on the procedure for forming and maintaining a unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship (hereinafter – the Regulation).

As stated in the UP-244 of 09.11.2022 “On measures to simplify state regulation of entrepreneurial activity”, the unified electronic register of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship contains all the norms for regulating entrepreneurial activity, their deadlines, related financial expenses, documents confirming compliance with the requirements, regulatory authorities, forms of inspections and measures responsibility.

The Ministry of Justice is the operator of the Unified Register, ensures its maintenance by authorized state bodies and organizations, and coordinates the activities of state bodies and organizations in this area.

The position determines:

– types of information to be entered into the register;

– functions of authorized state bodies and organizations for the formation and maintenance of a unified register;

– the procedure for the formation of information on mandatory requirements governing entrepreneurial activity, information on newly introduced mandatory requirements;

– updating information posted in the unified register.
