The Law on realtor activity
The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December,22,2010 No. ЗРУ-269 “On realtor activity” defines the concept of realtor activity, realtor organizations, types of realtor services and the order of rendering thereof, determines authorities of authorized state body for realtor activity, introduces conditions of termination and annulment of the qualification certificate, determines rights and obligations of realtors, realtor organizations and customers. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan issues the Decree dated December,20,2010 No. 303-мх “On approval of the Regulation on the order of holding competitive tender for the position of a notary public”.
