Yana Niyazmetova is an advocate – member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Admitted to legal practice since 2015.

EducationY.Niyazmetova holds LLB from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (Uzbekistan), which she graduated from in 2012.

Professional Experience
From mid to the end of 2012 she worked as an in-house lawyer for “Uzmedinfo” e-health developing center of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

·         In early 2013 she joined “Azizov & Partners” law firm as an assistant lawyer.

·         In 2015 she has been granted a licence of advocate and in mid 2015 she started to work as an associate in “Azizov & Partners”.
Expertise

Yana Niyazmetova has over 4 years experience of practicing law in various areas of general corporate/commercial law practice.

As an assistant lawyer and trainee lawyer in Azizov & Partners she advised clients on tax, antimonopoly, investment and corporate law issues including without limitation the issues on liquidation of companies, execution, examination and amendment of legal documents, accreditation of representative offices of foreign business companies etc.
