Geoportal of open real estate data

On 18 October 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Resolution No. 610, which approved the procedure for providing open data of the State Register of Rights to Real Estate Objects.

In particular, the innovation is that the Cadastre Agency will maintain a public portal, which will start functioning from January 1, 2023 (“Geoportal“). The Geoportal will be based on open data in the National Geoinformation System.

At the same time, it is important to note that by 1 January 2024, state bodies and organizations must register the actually used land plots.

It is noteworthy that the data will be provided to government agencies free of charge, but to individuals and legal entities – for a fee. Individuals and legal entities will be able to get free information about the cadastral number of the land plot, its address and purpose of use.
