Conference within the framework of the project on the introduction of sukuk and green sukuk in Uzbekistan

Within the framework of the project on the introduction of sukuk and green sukuk in Uzbekistan, for which Azizov & partners are domestic consultants, a conference was held on 30 June. During this conference:

–  the existing legal barriers in Uzbekistan for the release and use of Sukuk were discussed;

–  members familiarized with the Concept Note with the proposed changes in the regulatory framework of Sukuk in Uzbekistan;

–  the main conclusions and recommendations on the project were discussed, including the conclusions and recommendations of the Azizov & partners team;

Azizov & partners team presented the changes proposed to the regulatory framework of Uzbekistan for the introduction of sukuk and green sukuk.
