The amounts of state fees for permits for activities in the field of crypto assets have been approved
06.09.2023 The President signed the Law LRU No. 866, which introduced additions and amendments to some regulatory legal acts.
In accordance with the amendments made to the laws “On State Duty” and “On Licensing, permitting and notification procedures”, the National Agency for Perspective Projects (NAPP) has the right to set the amount of state duty and the procedure for its payment, as well as the right to issue a permit for mining activities.
According to the law, the fines amount are:
– for mining without permission – 150 basic calculated values (49.5 million soums).
– for conducting activities in the field of turnover of crypto assets — mining pools, crypto shops, crypto depositories, crypto exchanges – 300 basic calculated values (99 million soums).
