• Our lawyers have assisted a client in a cotton seed project in obtaining necessary permissions for cotton growing and construction of cotton delinting and seed processing plant, advised on licensing procedures, assisted with importation and production of cotton seeds and drafted various procurement agreements. The client has been advised on the EPC project related to turn-key construction of the cotton-seed processing plant  Project value – 5 mln USD.
