• In 2019 JV MAN AUTO-uzbekistan LLC acquired another founder in the person of Sinotruk (China). Azizov&partners participated on behalf of the buyer in a project to acquire a major freight transport manufacturer.
  The firm reproduced the following actions for this project:
  • Participated in negotiations;
  • Prepared investment documents;
  • Assisted in incorporation of joint ventures.
